A $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a private event, with the remaining balance due the day of your event. Bounce House accepts cash, ApplePay, GooglePay, and credit/debit cards. For your convenience, we accept card payments by phone. We do not accept checks as payment.

 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and may result in you needing to cancel your event. If this happens, you may request a free VIP Pass in exchange for your non-refundable deposit. You may reschedule your event one time for any reason with at least 24 hour notice. The rescheduled date must be an available time within the next 12 months.

 

We recommend all participants fill out waivers prior to arrival. We request participants arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, as we cannot guarantee the ability to start an event late or extend time.
