A $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a Tag Battle, with the remaining balance due the day of your event. Bounce House accepts cash, ApplePay, GooglePay, and credit/debit cards. For your convenience, we accept card payments by phone. We do not accept checks as payment.


All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and may result in you needing to cancel your event. If this happens, you may request a free VIP Pass in exchange for your non-refundable deposit. You may reschedule your event one time for any reason with at least 24 hour notice. The rescheduled date must be an available time within the next 12 months.


We recommend all participants fill out waivers prior to arrival. For Tag Battles, we request participants arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, as we cannot guarantee the ability to start an event late or extend time. Late arrivals may forfeit game time. If your event is during open hours, your group may be required to participate with the general public or other parties. Our staff will do our best to ensure fair and fun games.
